With over 360 employees and a fleet of 50 vehicles and growing quickly, Trinity Claims decided that working with the most reliable van brand would be great for customers and employees so have decided to swap out their entire fleet by 2025.
We are delighted that they have chosen to partnership with Midlands Truck & Van when it comes to upgrading and expanding their vehicle fleet, choosing to opt for Mercedes-Benz vans for the first time. Trinity have recently purchased ten Mercedes-Benz Sprinters and one Mercedes-Benz Citan from Sales Executive Joe Connor, with further vehicles to be ordered and supplied later in 2024.
Joe Connor, Coventry Van Sales Executive, has been working closely with Ian Daniels (Commercial Director) and Tom Hewitt (Head of Trinity First Response) since December ’23 to determine their business vehicle requirements to ensure the perfect configuration to expand their fleet.
“When Ian contacted me, he was looking to replace his current fleet of vehicles with a more reliable product to minimise their downtime. I arranged a meeting with Ian and Tom to discuss their requirements and to what options/features were important to them. This meeting was incredibly open, and we sat down as a collective to discuss all aspects of the vehicle, which included both practical and safety options. We went around a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and I demonstrated certain features of our range.
It was a pleasure meeting Ian, Tom and their team on handover and it was fantastic seeing how all members of their team were engaged with the first of their new fleet of vehicles.
