Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Administrator based in Coventry.The Marketing Administrator will support marketing efforts, coordinate campaigns, and work closely with the team to ensure brand alignment and promotional effectiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing marketing materials, maintaining customer databases, assisting with the organising of events, sales reporting, and handling inquiries with a customer-first approach. The role is integral to supporting both internal teams and external communications.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and represent the company professionally.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including managing schedules, and maintaining documentation.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for customer databases, marketing campaigns, and reporting.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
