The new MBUX multimedia system

The infotainment equipment in the new Citan has a solution for almost everything, whether you want to get to your destination more quickly using the latest traffic data whilst charging your mobile device wirelessly, or operate your optional MBUX multimedia system via the high-resolution touchscreen, the buttons on the multifunction steering wheel or voice command. Everything is possible. Also new are the connectivity services from Mercedes me which offer you almost unlimited possibilities for information and entertainment in your small van, as well as additional safety and security.

Wireless charging system for mobile devices

With the wireless charging system for mobile devices, you can conveniently charge smartphones which support inductive charging during the journey: all without special cables, connectors or holders – and irrespective of the brand and model. While you drive, your smartphone can revive.
To this end, simply place your compatible smartphone on the charging mat in the front stowage compartment of the centre console. And that's all there is to it. A further advantage of the wireless charging system: information on the charging mode will be shown in the media display of the MBUX multimedia system (Mercedes-Benz User Experience).

Active Safety Package

The Active Safety Package includes four assistance systems which can relieve strain on you and make driving safer in a range of situations. Among the systems are Active Brake Assist, Blind Spot Assist, Active Lane Keeping Assist and Speed Limit Assist or Traffic Sign Assist.
