Midlands Truck and Van Limited will monitor Delivery and Quality performance of all its suppliers.

Specifically we will measure:

• Delivery: The ability of suppliers to deliver within an agreed time frame and to notify of any possible delay to meet the completion date.

• Quality: The Company will measure the quality of work and confirm that it meets the agreed specification via the PDI process.

All incidents on non-conformance will be processed via the companies Integrated Management System.

The results of these measures will be fed back to suppliers on a regular basis and will form an integral part of our supplier review process.
