Midlands Truck & Van has reaffirmed its commitment to customer service excellence with a significant investment in four new mobile service vehicles, further strengthening its onsite support capabilities. The expansion enhances our ability to deliver fast, reliable maintenance and repairs directly to customers, minimising downtime and keeping fleets moving.

Fully equipped with lifts and specialist tools, the new vans are capable of carrying out a wide range of mobile servicing requirements, as well as selected repairs on Mercedes-Benz vans. This enables Midlands Truck & Van to deliver dealership-quality service directly to customers at both residential and business locations.

Operating Monday to Friday during standard working hours, the mobile service units will be staffed by designated manufacturer-trained technicians, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standards.

Supporting a wide operational footprint, the vans will be deployed from Midlands Truck & Van’s Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Coventry branches, providing efficient and responsive coverage across key areas.

Each vehicle has been fitted with Chapter 8 compliant signwriting and safety beacons, ensuring maximum visibility and safe operation when attending customer premises.
