Midlands Truck & Van are delighted to announce that we have won the prestigious Gold Award for Best Customer Service Team at the Mercedes-Benz Vans Dealer of the Year awards!

Mercedes-Benz Vans UK has recognised top-performing retailers across its network at its annual Dealer of the Year Awards, celebrating achievements in both sales performance and customer service.

The awards ceremony, held on 24th February in London, brought together dealer partners from across the UK to recognise performance in what the manufacturer described as a competitive and evolving van market.

Dealers were assessed against a series of benchmarks including sales growth, aftersales performance and verified customer satisfaction scores.
