Great service by the Midland Truck & Van Ltd. My cousin got in touch with the management of the company in relations to our Mercedes Vito vehicle, they went their extra mile to resolve our issue. Managing Director Mr Steve Hunt personally oversees the work. They completed some extra work on the vehicle which needs resolving. We already expressed our gratitude to Mercedes. Had a problem with my sprinter, urgent as travelling to Germany. Service picked up the phone, said they will make every effort to fix it in time. It was in and assessed that day parts ordered. Fixed the following day in time for me to leave. Always got through, easy pick up. Can’t fault the service. I called to find out progress but no issue with that, always responded politely and checked for me.👍🏻

I purchased my 316CDi LWB Sprinter from here via Joe in 2020. It’s a 2 1/2 hour drive for me to get to these premises but the service and care I receive every time I go makes the journey absolutely worth it.

Immaculate van, excellent price, 24 months till next service, 2 years warranty etc……we were suitably impressed – it has the feel of a brand new van. Simon King the MD and I felt the whole experience warranted this email, and you are definitely eating into Ford’s dominance within our van fleet – every vehicle you supply is to the detriment of ford….
 
Keep dropping me a line on vans like these mate, you would be surprised how these can mount up!! Hope these are as reliable as the ford vans, as that will be the icing on the cake – the first one has been excellent so far….

I run a business with a fleet of van (no Mercedes) I decided to buy our first Mercedes Vito from a dealer down south. My problems started from the day I collected the vehicle. From it being advertised incorrectly to it going straight into limp mode on the way home. I have been passed from pillar to post for the last two weeks and decided to get it booked in at Midlands Truck and Van Wolverhampton. It had a Health check & all warranty work carried out. The experience from start to finish has been nothing short professional & a great pleasure to deal with them. From booking for the Thursday and having in back all completed by the weekend. All work was explained to me & what else needs to be completed at a later date due to me wanting the van back to use this weekend. Please forward my comments onto all involved sorting the DB Drainage Vito out and especially Barry in the workshop who talked me through everything and was extremely professional in his job

On the ball - 2nd time in 3 years I've been back for a brand new high spec sprinter. David McKay was quick and responsive and sorted me out perfectly after the Iveco dealership up the road sold me a 'new van' that was clearly used with 650+ miles and numerous electronic faults (they soon had it back on their forecourt!). Great service, great price, thanks Dave & Gez. Good people. Highly recommend. They even gave me a packet of chocolate Hob Nobs for the journey home!

First time visited this place on Tuesday unannounced, without appointment looking for Approved used Vito Crew Van, yet still Midlands Truck and Van managed to find time to provide me with fantastic service.

Instead Approved Used, Josh the Sales Executive, managed to find me a brand new Van at the same budget with only 7 miles on the clock. Test drove it on Wednesday with all paperwork being sorted and vehicle ready for collection by Friday!!! Couldn't ask for a better service.

Very tidy and well organized place, with all latest social distancing rules applied and maintained.

Very happy customer, hope it is just a beginning of long lasting business relationship.

We run a small fleet of Mercedes vans and trucks; we have just recently purchased a 3rd new Vito van. I would like to say what a pleasure it was, from specking the van with Gez O’Reilly, to the follow up and final hand over By Joseph Conner. I couldn’t fault them; I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from anyone else. I would also like to send a special thanks the all the rest of the staff in the truck and van service departments for all there maintenance and servicing over the past 30 years. Nothing is ever too much trouble. A special mention for Clive in the truck service department, for assisting us at 6.00am in the morning when we just turned up on the off chance with a problem, our vehicle was fixed on the spot. What more could you ask from a company.

Had a slight problem today with my new arocs (caused by me) spoke with Tom the salesman on the phone and he told me to come in and had it sorted by the workshop within half an hour and Even made me a coffee while I waited. Great service. Thanks

We seem to live in a world where everyone likes to complain however I always like to give credit where its due, I spoke to Liam about BT66 RCU after my brother, Andy had returned it at the end of its Lease. I can honestly say the service I received from Liam was outstanding, I was kept up to date  throughout even when we ran in to V5 problems. I was originally going to buy a Transit but gave up as neither of the two dealerships I was talking to would get back to me when promised.

I work in a service based industry and appreciate you do run in to problems but its how they are dealt with that matters and makes the difference.

I would not hesitate in recommending your company and I am just speaking to Liam about the options of a PX on our 2014 Ford Ranger for the other Vito.
