eConsultant - Truck Sales Team

Are you a graduate looking for the permanent position within a franchised Dealer group operating within the West Midlands?

With electric vehicles gaining momentum within the truck sector, we at Midlands Truck & Van are looking to employ a dedicated eConsultant to become part of our successful, Truck Sales team. With the move from internal combustion engine to electric powered vehicles our product offering of e300, e400 and e600 Actros needs a person who can not only talk truck but talk eProduct. If you believe you have some of the qualities outlined below, then I would welcome the opportunity to take some preliminary discussion with you in the first instance.

Ø Relevant degree in automotive/engineering/business administration or equivalent educational status - Preferred.
Ø Exemplary knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry - Preferred.
Ø Heavy Goods Vehicle licence holder (C+E) advantageous
Ø Sales process experience in the heavy vehicle industry - Preferred
Ø Excellent numeracy and communication skills
Ø Genuine demonstrable interest in electric vehicles, the eMobility ecosystem, charging infrastructure and sustainability. - Essential
Ø Ability to identify, exploit and explain product strengths in a market environment
Ø Strong customer orientation with a high collaborative approach
Ø Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the business
Ø Proven presentation skills with ability to present in public
Ø Ability to think at a strategic and tactical level
Ø Ability to coordinate with partners discuss charging infrastructure and conduct depot analysis
Ø Highly effective team player
