For 3 years on all new vans, then automatic renewal for another year at each service, if serviced by Mercedes-Benz.*
*The current version of Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan is valid for the Sprinter, Vito and Citan models. MobiloVan initially applies to all vehicles first registered from 1 October 2012 for 3 years without service requirements and the technical breakdown and Minor mishaps breakdown cover is then renewed from service to service at a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer for up to 30 years.

The Integrated Service Package.
This package is included with your electric van and fully covers the costs of EV services* at your Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer. It applies to the first four electric services and must be taken within the first four years or up to 160,000 km / 100,000 miles. The maintenance interval for all electric vans is one year or 40,000 km (24,855 miles). By regularly and professionally inspecting the high-voltage components, other vehicle parts and functions, we ensure the operational readiness and residual value of your electric van. Operating costs are also reduced as standard. If you sell your vehicle within this four-year period, the Integrated Maintenance Package is transferable to the new owner.

ServiceCare Maintenance Plan
With ServiceCare Maintenance you can arrange 6 services and spread the cost monthly. It’s available for new and used electric vans and offers better value than paying for individual services and repairs. Also, your costs are fixed at today's rate - protecting your business against increases in labour rates, parts, prices and inflation for the duration of the plan.
With electric vans, you'll already benefit from its integrated service package covering the first four services. This can then be topped up with additional services via a ServiceCare Maintenance or ServiceCare Complete Plan. Please contact your preferred Authorised Repairer for more information.

If you’d like to cover yourself against variable and unforeseen costs, ServiceCare complete will take care of all your servicing and maintenance needs for the life of your agreement. Your Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer will help create a bespoke, flexible plan for your business for all vans up to 4 years old from date of registration.
With an eCitan Panel Van, you can take advantage of this all-encompassing cover from just £17.79 per month*.

High-Voltage battery repair
If your vehicle’s high-voltage battery needs to be repaired, you can count on the expertise of our high-voltage battery repair centre and our expanding range of services for electric vans. Almost all components of a high-voltage battery can be repaired here, from modules and control electronics to current sensors. This approach is far more cost-effective than replacing the entire battery.

Servicing your electric van.
Your service includes everything to help keep your van running smoothly with maximum uptime. It includes:
High voltage battery check.
Your battery is the heart of your electric van. Our specialist technicians check battery level, wear and tear and ensure it’s operating within the optimal range.
Charging cable and port inspection.
We check the main charging cable, further cables, connectors and high voltage parts for corrosion, insulation and efficiency.
Brake system and fluid check.
We check all brake discs for wear and tear, fluid levels and carry out other important safety checks, particularly lights and tyre tread levels.
Digital Diagnostics
We run a vehicle systems test to ensure there have been no faults detected by the sensors, reset the service interval and charge the battery.

Our ServiceCare Maintenance plan is ideal if you if you like to plan ahead and organise a series of services for a competitive cost that will be fixed for the duration of the plan. This gives you confidence that the prices won’t change and your cashflow can be maintained. The plan includes 6 services and allows you to arrange an impromptu, immediate service if you need one. As the name suggests, ServiceCare Complete Plan for electric vehicles is our most comprehensive plan, covering variable and unforeseen costs.
Both of the above servicing plans cover our entire electric vehicle range including our older vehicles and latest models.
All our Authorised workshops are eReady, having completed extensive training and invested in full electric servicing capabilities – so whichever one you choose you can be reassured they’ll be an electric specialist.
We will take care of everything and can help you manage your services by planning in advance over the duration of your plan.
Every time your van is serviced with a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer, your MobiloVan is automatically renewed for 12 months – up to 30 years. It’s one of the added value benefits of servicing your van with a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer. You don’t need to have a full Authorised Repairer service history – if your van is used, or you’ve missed a service, you can re-qualify for MobiloVan cover for one year at any time simply by using an Authorised Repairer for your next service.
If you change your mind about purchasing your electric van servicing plan, you are able to withdraw from the contract, within 14 days of receiving your contract. After this, you can cancel the plan at any time, subject to a £40 administration fee. Conditions apply. Please contact your Authorised Repairer for full details.
Yes, you can use Pay as you go. Please speak to your Authorised Repairer about booking individual services, MOTs or repairs.
