Unlike ordinary breakdown cover, Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan* gives you specialist technicians who know your van inside out. Repairs are coordinated by a dedicated team, and you know, if repairs are needed, you’ll benefit from the expertise of an authorised repairer using only GenuineParts. You get:
Our unique breakdown cover is valid for all Sprinter, Vito and Citan vehicles with initial registration on or after 1st October 2012 for the first three years from the date of initial registration as standard. All without any requirements about when and where you have the van serviced. After that, your Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan mobility warranty will be extended automatically and free of charge once you have the vehicle serviced by a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer.
The cover can continue for up to 30 years and you can reactivate your van’s mobility warranty at any time, if maintenance is carried out by a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer. This allows you to be confident about your vehicle staying available – even in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
*The current version of Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan is valid for the Sprinter, Vito and Citan models. MobiloVan initially applies to all vehicles first registered from 1 October 2012 for 3 years without service requirements and the technical breakdown and Minor mishaps breakdown cover is then renewed from service to service at a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer for up to 30 years.
