So if you encounter any problems during this period caused by a manufacturing fault, we’ll sort it out free of charge*. In addition, our Mercedes-Benz Service24h is available across Europe, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, in the event of a breakdown or accident. The costs for this are covered by the Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan mobility warranty.** This is included as standard with your Mercedes-Benz van. Whether it’s the New Vehicle Warranty or the MobiloVan mobility guarantee, our offers help ensure you are well covered for many eventualities.

**The current version of Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan is valid for the Sprinter, Vito and Citan models. MobiloVan initially applies to all vehicles first registered from 1 October 2012 for 3 years without service requirements and the technical breakdown and Minor mishaps breakdown cover is then renewed from service to service at an Mercedes-Benz authorised repairer for up to 30 years.

What's covered by your van warranty.

All electrical, hydraulic and mechanical components of your van for two years, starting the day your vehicle is delivered or first registered.

The repair of any standard components damaged by a manufacturing defect.

The labour costs of removing and installing parts for warranty repairs at any Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer. You may be charged, at the Van Centre’s discretion, for any extra work caused by modifications to your van that were made after manufacture.

Your warranty applies to the base vehicle only. It does not cover any special fittings, conversions or additional bodywork.

What’s included?

Most parts and assemblies, i.e. engines, transmissions, electrical systems, axels, air conditioning and consequential damage to covered parts.

Is my van eligible?

Any Mercedes-Benz Van aged 3-5 years from being first registered up to a maximum end mileage of 200,000 miles*.
